Brooklyn based musician Dominic Fallacaro is becoming one of the most in demand pianists and producers on the New York scene today. His productions and playing have been featured on numerous albums, and across film and television. He won a Grammy in 2015 for Producing the Best Children’s Album, and his works have been featured on Sesame Street and the Sprout Network. Dominic has appeared at almost any and every venue on the New York City scene, and has toured both domestically and internationally as a sideman and multi-instrumentalist.
In 2016, he composed original music for the film Shortwave, which has since gone on to win multiple film festival awards.
Hailing from upstate New York, Dominic was selling out venues while still in high school. He headlined the historic Van Dyck, playing to standing-room only crowds, along with playing famous venues like Caffe Lena, and WAMC studios. Dominic has thrilled audiences, playing with Jazz greats Jane Ira Bloom, Kevin Mahogany, and vocalist Freddie Cole. He has toured the country playing with many artists of all styles, playing everything from the famous Whiskey A Go Go in Los Angeles, to playing Lollapalooza in Chicago.
